True Islam Condemns all Forms of Violence and Killing

In Islam, It is totally unacceptable to persecute a person just because he holds different views. the person who commits such an atrocity in the name of Islam and thinks himself engaged in lawful jihad is actually a murderer in Islam. Such a person cannot be the follower of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) who is known in the entire world for his merciful approach even towards his enemies. The true quranic Islam forbids all forms of violence and killing. God says whoever kills an innocent person it is as if he has killed the entire humanity. violence terror killing oppression has therefore no place in Quranic Islam. 

The important thing that needs to be understood is that the only valid source of Islam is the Quran, the book Allah revealed to Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). And the violence perpetrated using the name of Islam stems not from the Quran but from fabricated hadiths and bigoted interpretations of Quranic verses. These fabricated hadiths are lies associated with the Prophet Muhammad and are completely opposite to the teachings of the Quran. The mentality that arises from these fabricated hadiths is cold, loveless, and sees violence as the only way to achieve its goals. It is the same mentality that oppresses women and kills people almost on everything. True Islam of the Quran however has nothing to do with it, True Islam espouses everything that is beautiful and rational. The Islam of the Quran strongly encourages freedom of expression and respects the differences of views which is also one important notion of democracy. The Quranic verse ''for you is your religion and for me is my religion''  grants individuals the freedom to abide by their own views and clearly states the incompatibility of coercion in Islam.  

Forcing people to adopt your beliefs or using violence to silence people holding different views is strongly condemned in Islam. People are created in a way to disagree with others and this disagreement can be expressed by legal means in a civilized manner. Humiliated and insultive way of expression is certainly not the right way, it only enrages people. However, even if anyone does wrong, instead of seeking revenge, the Quran encourages people to repel the bad in a good way. (Quran, 41:34). The brutal actions of radicals are clear defiance of God's commands. Radicalism is also the main reason behind growing hate towards Islam as a result of which even ordinary peaceful Muslims are subjected to physical assaults and discrimination in western countries. It is an urgent duty incumbent on Muslims to purify Islam from fabricated hadiths and distorted interpretations of the bigots used as justification for radical terror and to tell the difference between bigotry and Isalm to the western world. Muslims should carry out a wide-ranging educational campaign that replaces radical indoctrination with the true enlightened quranic perception of Islam.  Meanwhile, Muslims must fully abide by the morality of the Quran and show the world with their modern, tolerant, democratic, civilized, and scientific lifestyle the positivity Islam brings about in society.
