Homosexuality is an abhorrent act, and efforts are being made to legalize this activity worldwide.
Two main arguments are given to allow homosexuality and same-sex marriages
First "Gays are genetically born that way; there is no way they can change themselves and be something else."
In this scientific era, where advanced technology can analyze our DNA, this claim has been disproven. The latest extensive research on homosexual genes found no "gay gene" and labeled it mostly based on cultural behavior. Therefore, there is no genetic basis for legalizing homosexuality.
The second most cited reason is, "Homosexuality is very natural because it is observed in animals."
Due to the evolutionary belief that human beings descended from animals like apes, some people consider themselves animals and take their morals from them. They think what animals do is acceptable for humans too. However, this claim is baseless. If evolution had led to such behavior, then the so-called evolutionary process should have provided the necessary mechanisms to fulfill this task, but it did not. Humans are different beings with minds to think with, and they make their own choices. Some choices can be bad and harmful to society and need correction.
When even that claim is refuted, they say, "Love is love; it can happen with anyone."
Love is love, but it has its limits. Something your body does not agree with should not be forced. You are developing those feelings artificially.
Love is indeed a beautiful thing, and some people are nice, and you can be friends with them. However, it is wrong to take your friendship with the same gender to the level of sexual intercourse, which your body naturally does not allow. The most natural pair is a man and a woman; they have been designed for each other. Any other act should not be accepted, promoted, or legalized.
